1. Overview
XomStoreLaunch is designed to collect only the information needed to operate the site, improve editorial quality, process contact requests and measure outbound link performance responsibly.
2. Contact Submissions
If you use the contact form, we store your name, email, topic, message, consent confirmation, source path and submission time so an authorized administrator can review and respond. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the form.
3. Analytics
Google Analytics is only active when a measurement ID is configured. Search Console performance data is only integrated after the site owner configures verified credentials. Analytics should be configured with consent and regional privacy requirements in mind.
4. Affiliate Clicks
Outbound click tracking may record a link identifier, page path, CTA position, link type, broad referrer category and timestamp. It does not need to store full IP addresses or raw personal referrer URLs. The click component respects supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
5. Local Storage
Some interactive features, such as theme preference or launch checklist progress, may use browser local storage. This information remains in your browser unless a future account feature explicitly explains otherwise.
6. Admin and Security
Admin routes use session cookies for authorized operators. Administrative data can include tool records, affiliate configuration, editorial drafts, automation logs, SEO settings, and contact submissions.
7. Providers
The project supports Supabase for production storage and authentication-backed operations. Current Supabase configuration status: configured. No newsletter emails are sent unless an email provider is configured separately.
8. Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. This site targets English-speaking ecommerce beginners in the USA, UK, Canada and Australia, so privacy workflows should be reviewed for those markets before launch.
9. Contact
Privacy requests can be submitted through the contact page or sent to dungcodingvn@gmail.com.
